and 15th in Indianapolis. There will not be a training session in Cincinnati
this year, with only 2 Western training sessions scheduled.
10. Parks and Recreation
Doug Snapp reported for Connie Everhart. The PeeWee program was quite
successful this fall with 6 sites teaching ages 5-8. The CRPD is hoping
to increase the number of PeeWee sites and perhaps break into two age groups:
4-5 and 6-8. The NJTL operated 24 sites for ages 9-12. Junior Team, for
ages 13-18, participated at 5 sites and the Adult Program was held at 4
sites. The Health Power Tournament funding has been obtained for next year.
The tournament came in under budget this past summer. Finally, Connie extends
her thanks to Fran McCabe and others for their help in getting racquets
and clothing for the program.

for the umpires' training sessions. Gwen Dulin thought that the Ohio Valley

not that John Daly from OSU recommended using the tennis hut on campus
for one of our programs. Apparently, the courts are barely used on Saturdays.
