We will secure officials, chairs or referees for your event.

An official calendar of events will be maintained.
Please contact 1 month early for securing your officials.
Make sure your event is in our calendar early to avoid conflicts.

We are also affiliated with Dayton and Cincinnati tennis officials to coordinate officials and use a larger official pool.

U.S.T.A. events require a certified referee and officials.

It is recommended that officiating costs be budgeted or officiating fee added. A sample referee contract per the U.S.T.A referee manual is available.

Officials are USTA, ITA or referee certified where needed or indicated.
