You want to make sure that you are taking the time that you need to understand how you can set goals that are reasonable for yourself. When you set a goal you want to make sure that it is attainable. There are a lot of people that have a hard time understanding how they are going to be reasonable when they set a goal because it is difficult to not be too ambitious.
